Jason, the PM feature on here has 3 seperate boxes. 1.) Inbox or received messages. 2.) Sent box. These are the messages sent by you. 3.) Message tracking box. This box fills up with your "Sent box" because is automatically tracks them. So most likely in your case you will need to clean out all 3 boxes, so you will have more room to receive new messages. Its not a bad idea to every couple weeks clean all 3 out as preventive maintenance of your PM feature. Hope this helps.
