New Coondog Buyer Question about papers

So I just picked up a dog tonight. And on the front of his papers it says "Permanently Nominated for Performance Program". Can someone tell me whats this means? I know probably a stupid question. Im a newbie. Thanks

Ukc has a program that your pup is in any UKC hunt that your dog places in like first or third depending on the amount of dogs you will receive points up to two points a hunt depending on how many dogs are there. At the end of the year the points have a gross value like 96$ give or take 40$. How many points your dog has is how big a check you get at the end of the year.
