Puppy paper ?

I just bought a dog off a guy that still has puppy papers. He was goin to register her and filled them out but then decided he would sell her. How do I get a new set of papers for her?

You need to fill out an additional form called an Affidavit. This form can be downloaded from our website. You would fill out the Affidavit and send it in along with the papers.
