Current Owner of a dog

I am trying to locate a dog I sold as a pup... Can someone tell me the owner's name and location by the UKC #? or is this legal?

The dog's info when I had him was:

'PR' TILLMAN'S ORVIS BRANCH RAZOR
W255,541
