Transfer dog to new owner

If someone is selling a dog, how do I get her transferred into my name so I can hunt her as the new owner?

They will sign the registration papers over to you. You will fill out the registration papers as the new owner and send them in to us with the fee and we'll transfer the registration into your name and send you a new registration paper.
