I can't remember exactly, but I believe the warrant read ...excessive parking tickets..

Nope, it had to do with AR15s and a theory they were making them full auto and ATF made a claim that David Koresh was operating a methamphetamine lab. The lab had been dismantled by Koresh when he took charge and had been given to the Sheriff for destruction. 76 men women and children died in the fire.
The ATF used full auto.
