garmin collar trouble

I had a DC 30 that would not take a charge, took it apart and unplugged from battery for about 30 min put together it charged up fine . run it on one of my deer dogs yesterday when got dog up collar will not come on when plugged to charger no blue light checked battery connection it is still plugged up who do i need to seend this thing too to get fixed

Try this # 1-800-800-1020. You have to get a return # and address from them and send 89 dollars. Just got one back, they are realy fast about it. but if you have an aftermarket collar and antenna take it off before you send it in because they send you a new factory collar and factory antenna. If it was cold outside you have to put your collars over a heat vent and they will charge
