Can they spay a dog when its pregnant ? just curious

Sure can, sooner the better. Was it an accidental breeding?

My vet spade my lab female when she first went out of heat. I know she was bred because she had 3 male visitors when I got home the day she pulled a hit the road move.

yeah it was accidental and she's kinda young, it would be a good cross just looking at options i guess
