have a ? about scored tree

Ok dog a n and c tree we go score the tree dog d is still trailing we see one coon and recast now dog d trees on same tree with 2 coon up the tree now when we scored it with a b and c we could tell ther was one coon how is this play out I know it was a scored tree but now there is two coon up there thank you
