320 question

Does anyone get an arrow instead of a dog icon after they travel a short distance in dog mode in the yardage box? If so how do you switch it. obviouly Garmin doesn't know how to fix it. Three hours on the phone with them and was told not to worry about it. They said it was a new feature for the 320 for when dog goes off screen to let ya know which way to scroll your screen but this one switches to an arrow after a 100yrds.

I don't think I have the answer but try this.
Hit map then menu and on the list does it say
Show offscreen dogs
or Hide offscreen dogs
What ever it says change it.
