Query: hello i sent in a litter form and a single registration form at the same time i sent it in with rush service so im trying to find out if my paper work has been processed because payment has been taken out since july 20,2012 please contact me back as soon as possible i have people with puppies becoming real upset about there papers, thank you, casey o'neal

We are holding your application due to a problem. We sent you a letter on the 25th explaining the problem. The problem is that the Dam's name & UKC number do not match. We need something in writing from you verifying the correct Dam's name & UKC number. Be sure to reference Litter Control Number 101904.

Can this be something I fax to you all and if so would it still be rush delivery or standard.

You can fax it to us. Just be sure to include the Litter Control Number. We will rush it once we get the fax.
