How long befor you run your female?

How long after a female has pups do you hold off on running her? I have a female that had 3 pups 4 weeks ago..she is really getting upset not going with the other dogs.she sees me come out with my light and put collers on the others and she goes nuts wanting to go..just don't want her out to soon..

3 days after weaning if she is dried up
