help in getting papers

hello all! i am new to this board, and i am looking for a friendly welcome.
my problem: (common) i purchsed a dog from a reputable kennel and 4 weeks later i still have not seen any papers.

heres my questions:

i know theres not a whole lot i can do, but if anyone can suggest who i can report it to, i truly want this to get out about the breeder, and am choosing to smear their name if i dont get my papers.

i would like to see if my dog has papers to send in the first place, so if someone could let me know if i could give the parents reg #'s if i could find out at least if my dog has been 'hung' or not.

i appreciate all your help, i have faith that the breeders are good breeders with papers, but i am looking for a another route now.

(please dont tell me i should have done more research on this, i contacted previous buyers, and checked up on them through better breeders board, etc. i did my homework, but sometimes thats not enough, so im looking for a way to move ahead and not to flounder in nopapersville)

What is the excuse for not giving the papers to you?

Did you sign a contract and if so does it specify in the contract any special circumstances like payment in full before you receive your papers or proof of spay/neuter?

Did they represent the dog as UKC registered? UKC meaning United Kennel Club?

How many times have you attempted to contact them?

What is the breed of the dog and who is the breeder?

i have contacted them 5+ times to retrieve papers, and "it'll be out on monday, or they've been busy" no i didnt not sign a contract, and their policy said nothing about spay/nueter program, the breeder knows i have intentions of breeding the male i bought from them to my female. "abner" is the males name, so far they have portrayed him to be a 'PR' APBT. i currently have a registered 'PR' APBT female #xxxxxxx. unfortunately i dont have any registration #'s for my male to give you. but the breeder is .
my male is from ArchAngels Gideon of Showtyme, and the female is ArchAngels Nikita of Red Ranger.
i spoke to the breeder on saturday and she said they would fedex his papers on wednesday and to call me with a tracking number. so we will see if i hear from them today or not. but on the latter side i still wish to know what i can do if the papers are not sent. i appreciate your help Sara!

You'll notice I edited out the UKC number of a dog you listed (for security reasons) and the web site of the breeder (because we don't allow slam) from your post.
