Single Registration for pup under 1 yr of age
I am looking to register my 4 month old GSD. I noticed in paperwork it states, #3 "dogs under one yr of age with 2 ukc registered parents require signature of both sire and dam indicating that the individual has permission to single register the dog with ukc."
I am now the sole owner of this pup. Do you need signature from breeder? Is there a seperate form or can i send in or do I just fill out the single registration form with sire and dam's ukc #'s?
Thank you
You would fill out one of our single applications to register the dog with us, and send it in to us along with signed statements from the Sire & Dam owners at the time of the breeding, stating that they have no intention of registering the litter and giving us permission to single register this dog to you. We also need 3 color photographs of the dog. (1 from each side & 1 from the front, all with the dog in a standing position).
Thank you for the quick reply. I mistakenly mailed the application with payment excluding the pictures. I will email them to UKC. Also, I will have breeder email something in writing.
Thank you for your help.

I would wait on sending anything else to us until we receive what you have already sent..Will be easier to match everything up that way...Also, remember, the breeder's statement must be signed, so they would have to scan it and e-mail it to us.
