Walker Days
Alan, what I would love to see get changed is the format to where the final four comes from Friday and Saturday combined score. If you don,t get lucky and draw out with the right guide this would give you a better chance to get in. There is coon in Indiana but you know as well as I do that its hard to beat somebodys feeder buckets. A good dog will win both nights and nobody takes Saturday off.
I THINK THIS UP TO THE WALKER PEOPLE NOT UKC.......DONT THINK BUCKETS ARE REALLY NEEDED IN INDIANA.....
This has been debated quite a bit in the TWB&FA fall and spring meetings.
On one hand, a two night winner shows more consistency than a one night high score. On the other hand, it's nice for the person who can only hunt one night, whether that's Friday or Saturday, to have a chance at making the Final 4 at Walker Days. That's why it ended up the way it is now.
Everyone who goes to the woods on either night has a chance to make the Final 4. If you go to a two night cast winner requirement, then most of the guys heading to the woods on Saturday night have no hope of making the Final 4.
I see both sides of it, but I don't think there's much support to change it after just two years.

I'M not talking to UKC and your right buckets aren't needed but they are used and hard to beat. If i could guide I would use them to not complaining about them part of the game.
