Dog A opens but runs a real smooth back track, what is a judge to do? Vote?

Judge give's handler warning for his dog back tracking if it's evident, second time it's to the truck with him.

thats why dogs should be hunted and not just field trialed so they can actually hunt without being judged

Is this during the track you noticed the backtrack, or at the beginning? If it's right at the beginning then I give no fault to the hound. He don't know where the rabbit went or came from.
