also read in general info on back of the score card that there is to be no squalling for the first 7min, so l take that u can after the 7mins is up even if other dogs are still on track?

If all dogs are treed, you can squall at any point during shine time. If there are still dogs out on track, you have to wait until the first 7 minutes of shine time expire, then you are allowed to hit the squaller, even if there are still dogs out on track.
