bear training
looking to train 2 older dogs and 1 younger dog on bear, looking to see how to go about it?should i use a drag?thanks
nhtrapper
Your best bet is to get involved with someone in your area that hunts bears and kills bears consistently.dont be afraid to ask alot of ?.The best training is to get your dogs in there with dogs that are doing it already.Chasing bears is only the half of it .there is lots to know on what to do once this bear is bayed up or treed.dont forget a still tongue makes for a wise head.
