Current Turn around

Hey Russell-

I just wanted to check to see how busy the Reg department is right now. I'm mailing some pup papers off today an would like to have them back by Dec 11. If things are slow, I won't mark the as RUSH, but if you guys are swamped, I will put a RUSH on them.

I would certainly mark the RUSH service block. I would also recommend you send the papers to us in a way so they get here quicker than regular mail, as we are currently working about 6 business days out. Be sure to write the word "RUSH" on the outside of the envelope that you send us the papers in.
