Performance Status Question

Hi - The registration papers I got back in May 2009 for a pup #W113,658 (female B&T coonhound) read "Litter Nominated only for Performance Program" - but Performance was paid at same time of registration & the checks for both registration & perfomance program have cleared - do you have this pup on record as being in the performance program?

I did not realize the registration papers should read "Permanently Nominated for Performance Program" until a few days ago.

Any help you can offer would be much appreciated. Thank you!

This dog is permanently nominated into the Performance Program. If you'd like updated papers, you can send your papers back to us with a note telling us you would like updated papers showing that the dog has been permanently nominated into the Performance Program. Be sure to include a fee of $8.00. We will update and send you a new set of papers which will include the fact that the dog has been permanently nominated into the Performance Program.
