performance program question

trying a dog out that on his papers it says permanently nominated for performance program. does this mean that he is paid up or do I have to call to find that out? just got dog tonite to hunt and guy that owns him says he is not sure if he was paid up or not and UKC isnt there at night and was just wondering if anybody knew by just what was on the papers. first time ever dealing with a dog that would have even been nominated for perf prog. thanks

it says permanently nominated

if it saids that on the papers he is paid up

hes paid up. it will say upper right hand corner
