Removing a dogs tonsils

A guy told me he had a dog with a weak mouth, had his tonsils removed then he had a lot louder mouth. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this.

i've heard of it, but have never had it done..

buddy had one done a couple months back with no change

Doesn't work,Turbo Blue blowed his out when he was young,tried it and it did not help him.
