UKC registration with rush

So I am looking at my bank account and my card was run through August 14 for the very basic registration with a rush on it. It is now August 28. With our last registration + rush we received our papers in LESS than 2 weeks.

The papers should have been processed and mailed out BY August 24 (10 days), am I right to assume this?

RUSH processing means that we'll process the papers and have them back in the mail to you in no more than 5 business days from the time we receive them, providing there are no problems. Please give me the registered owner's first & last names and the State they live in and the name and breed of the dog and I can certainly check on the status for you.

They've definitely charged my card for the $26. I feel we should be refunded the rush money as we missed the UKC show we wanted to go to this weekend with him.

We received your paperwork on the 10th. We processed the paperwork on the 13th and mailed your papers back to you on the 14th. We have no control over how long it takes the postal system to deliver the papers to you. However, since we processed the papers within the 5 business day timeframe, as required for RUSH processing, we cannot refund your fee. You should look for your papers any day now. If you'd like, you can send me a P.M. with your name & address and I can verify that we sent the papers to the correct address. We must give the postal system 30 days from the time we sent the papers out, to either deliver them to you or return them to us before we can issue you another set of papers.
