Regarding Litter Registering

I bought a female awhile back and haven't had the time to get her papers transferred, I plan to do so this week. I also bought a male not too long after her and I also plan to send his paper work in as well. I intentionally had them mate and the litter arrived on the 17th of this month, when I send in the information to have the paperwork transferred into my name, should I send in the information to have the litter registered at the same time or wait until I get the papers back in the new owners name, me; also this is my first soon-to-be registered litter, what do I need to purchase for the litter of puppies for potential buyers? i.e Permanent Registration Certificate - to Litter Owner or Permanent Registration Certificate - to New Owner, etc. Help is appreciated!

You can send in the litter application with the individual dog's papers.

Most people do not do the permanent registrations unless they're keeping a pup for themselves. If you do not want to do any permanent registrations, just leave step 5 of the application blank, and we'll send you a temporary paper for each pup in the litter and you will sign these papers over to the new owners. (Notice step 1 of the litter applicaiton asks for the number of males & females in the litter).
