Tips on training with remote shock collars

I'm looking for links, tips, opinions, suggestions, & share experiences on training with remote shock collars.

I'm working with a young dog that getting after deer & fox & won't break off to find a coon.

Oh the reminds me, if anyone can remember which issues of the Bloodline, American Cooner, & Prohound magazines that have the Vickie Lamb articles on the ecollar training subject please share so I can fish them out! I will start looking on my own, but if anyone knows of a real good article please remind me of the issue it's in.

The John Wick books have a lot of useful information too.
