NYHCA banquet

Reminder to all that the NY Houndsmens' Conservation Assoc. annual meeting and banquet is on Saturday in Camden. This organization works hard to protect our hound hunting rights at the state level. Please support it

Katie & Karl's Restaurant
9501 Route 13
Camden, NY
It is next door to a Ford Dealership.
There is a motel on the premises for those who drive too far, drink too much, or get stranded by weather. For reservations call 315 245 3948
The banquet price is $10 for pizza and wings lunch (starting 12:30). Lunch and dinner combined: $25. Cheapskates who want to hear the speakers without paying are welcome but don't get food. Speakers should begin around 1:30 pm .Membership dues can be paid at the door.
An advance headcount for the meals is helpful, so rsvp to Peg or Tim Cain, 315 986 1321, caintrpt@verizon.net and let them know how many will be in your party for which meals. Bring spouses, friends, children.
In addition to the legislative round-up, speakers include: Pat Arnold, US Sportsmen's Alliance; Robin Holevinsky, a graduate student from Syracuse University doing coyote research; and John Laundre, a predator biologist who will give a presentation on his work with houndsmen chasing lions out west. There will be a raffle (Garmin system; Johnson tracking collars) and the usual silent auction and door prizes.
New members can be signed up at the door.
