Best tracker for the price??

I was looking to get a tracking system for Christmas and was wondering what the best is for cheap, or if anybody had a good system with two collars that works good? Let me know

go get you a garmin they are the best for the money plus they have more use's than just tracking. [good sell pitch for the wife]
