Single Registration Update?

Just wondering about my Con.KC JRT registration...

We received your application on the 17th, and we sent you a letter on the 27th, due to a problem. We did not receive a copy of the dog's Registration Certificate from a UKC acknowledged registry. You can go ahead and fax that in to us, just be sure to reference Single Control Number 62400. Our fax number is: (269) 343-7037.
