2007 Dodge Diesels

Just curious:
how many people out there that has the new dodge diesel with the new motor and had numerous problems with the exhaust, its filters and sensors...?
Minr has been at the dealer approx 7 or 8 times, which all but 1 was emissions related, due to the new law of clean air exhaust.
Ive also recently had a lemon law atty look at my problem in which they decided to take the case, but i know nothing of what to expect.
From what Ive been hearing from different people this problem with the exhaust is affecting the chevy's and the ford diesel's as well.

my buddy bought 2 of the '07 with the 5.9. I thought he was crazy at the time. But now it makes perfect sense. I haven't heard a good thing about the new engine.
