Registration question... HELP!!!

When sending in a litter registration application for a litter out of a performance sire, what, if any, additional paperwork needs to be sent in order to nominate the litter? I know there is a litter nomination form, but it asks for registration numbers that haven't been issued at this point. Help!

If you're talking about the registration numbers for the pups, I've always been told to just write "pending" on it. We've turned in two performance litters this way without any problems or delays in getting them back...
