BUB IS SHOWING SOME REALLY POSIITIVE SIGNS OF COMING OUT OF HIS COMA THIS MORNING. THE NURSING HOME HE IS AT CALLED PAM & MACKIE AND TOLD THEM TO COME RIGHT AWAY. JOYCE AND SOME OF BUBS FRIENDS ARE THERE NOW. JOYCE TOLD ME ON THE PHONE A FEW MINUTES AGO, THAT BUB IS ACTING MORE ALERT THAN EVER AND TRYING TO SPEAK.


PLEASE PRAY FOR BUB AND HIS FAMILY - IT HAS BEEN A YEAR AND A HALF SINCE HIS ACCIDENT - PAM & MACKIE HAVE BEEN AT BUBS SIDE EVERY DAY

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR ALL THE PRAYERS AND I AM HAPPY TO REPORT THAT BUB IS WAKING UP.....HE HAS TRIED TO MOUTH WORDS TO US TODAY....HE HAS TRIED TO RAISE HIMSELF UP IN BED.....HE WANTED MY CELL PHONE AND I ASK HIM IF HE WANTED TO CALL KEN FUGATE, HIS BEST FRIEND/BROTHER, AND HE NODDED.....WE CALLED KEN AND PUT HIM ON SPEAKER AND WHEN HE TOLD BUB HE WAS COMING TO SEE HIM ....BUB HANDED ME THE PHONE BACK.......HE HAS ALSO BEEN TRYING TO PULL HIS FEEDING TUBE OUT.....THIS MORNING THEY GAVE HIM HIS FIRST DOSE OF AMBIEN WHICH USUALLY IS USED TO HELP PEOPLE SLEEP BUT FOR SOMEONE WITH A TRAMATIC BRAIN INJURY IT HAS BEEN PROVEN TO HELP THEM WAKE UP.....LO AND BEHOLD 45 MINUTES LATER HE WAS AWAKE.....PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY AS HE STILL HAS A LONG ROAD TO GO BUT HE HAS BEEN ASLEEP FOR 17 MONTHS NOW SO WE ARE JUST OVERCOME WITH JOY THAT HE IS FINALLY COMING BACK TO US....ALL I CAN SAY IS....GOD IS AN AWESOME GOD!!!!

Big Mac was as happy and wound as I have seen him in a long time and its well deserved. I wish the Manns family the very best and will be glad to see JR back to normal, The ugly Chic's have been bored during his break.
