I recently read a book by the old man Roberson. He stated that the oldest son, Alan, will join the show this season. He also stated that the three oldest sons were "Ordained Ministers". Good, Wholesome Family Entertainment, even though it's scripted.

No unfortunatly they had a schedule conflict but they sent personal autographed pictures to my wife and daughter. Secretary said we will try again next time down there.

Haven't watched it yet. I DVR it and then we all watch it together, generally on Thursday evenings. My boys are 4 and 6 and don't need to stay up till 11 to watch it.

They do love the show though and can't wait to see this new one. One of the ladies in the office saw it and said it was pretty good!

Phil wants it to be aired at that time so that those that go to church in other time zones will have time to get home and see it if they want and they wont have to choose. he said that in an interview about it once. I heard that next season Phil will not be on there. dont know any truth to that or not.

That is the good thing about the DVR's. We go to church every Wednesday night so even if it came on during it we could still watch it.

Who knows about Phil not being on there. On one hand I would be surprised knowing how popular he is; on the other I wouldn't be just seeing how he is. I'm sure he's getting tired of the cameras everywhere. They have already cut his role down quite a bit from the first season.

They kept saying Si was going to be cut for this season and he wasn't. They are all great but if it wasn't for him and Jase the show would be pretty boring. They add some "crazy redneck" that is needed.

And that's a fact, Jack!!

Best show on TV bout time there is a show you can let your kids watch that doesn't have graphic language and absolute filth. TV is absolute garbage anymore.
