3 digestive tracts

I have been told repeatedly that GOLDEN MALRIN will go through 3 complete digestive tracts before the poison is neutralized.

Used it way back when on a pig farm I worked on.

I am telling you, this stuff is bad news...i.e...

coon eats it...dies.

Coyote eats dead coon...dies.

Buzzard eats coyote that ate coon...dies.

NOT a good way to go about population controls. IMO.

Once this stuff pops up in your area it will spread like wildfire.
Good luck stopping it.
You find it while out hunting and report it, you just lost a hunting spot. And the spot down the road and the farm on the other side of town and etc. If a landowner is penalized for it and you're responsible for it, your going to lose a lot of hunting ground.
Game Wardens don't know what to do about it for the same reasons. DNR officials are trying to open up more private land access to sportsmen. Penalizing landowners for using any means necessary to eliminate nuisance animals isn't going to do anything to strengthen the relationship between DNR and landowners or hunters and landowners.
It is a very slippery slope. Education is the key. I'd say a good majority of the farmers in my area use or have used fly bait poison, but the majority of them are not aware it is illegal and a felony.

I'm sure glad you posted all the ingredients, maybe you should post it on facebook too that everyone will know how to make it.

I see what youre saying and i see what they are saying and that is why they have a Killing season. We ought to do our duty and kill every one we tree. Think of it from their standpoint, if we won't do our job a poison will. We can act highandmighty like HSUS pretending to be Conservationist and not killing coons. That is for our own benefit to have a bunch of coons to win hunts with and that is SELFISH on our part and we are no better than any other "doo gooder" crowd. JMO

No one wants to shoot coon anymore and most criticize those that do and now it's come to this. We as coon hunters like a lot of coons. Farmers trying to make a living off their land hate coon. Most farms I hunt the farmers demand I kill all I tree. I don't do that but I kill enough to keep them happy.

I know what I post above my name. I got news for you. Here in Minnesota the first time I ran into this was about 5 years ago. I had been live trapping and hunting a corn field for a sweet corn farmer. One day he told me he didn't need me anymore cause a guy told him how to poison coon. The guy told him he seen it on the internet. The less people that know what it is the better. Do you think coonhunters are the only people that read these posts?
