Wisconsin hunters we need your help,we have way to many wolves, here is your chance to help. You can get WISCONSIN WILDLIFE FEDERATION WOLF DELISTING PETITION forms at www.wiwf. org Please help thanks Pat
10-4
Sugar River Coonhunters has already passed the petition around to clubmembers to sign! Wolves haven't been a problem in our neck of the woods YET, but we sympathize with our fellow houndsmen in WI who face that reality every time they turn loose their hounds.

I've had them at the last 5 or 5 events at the Wilton club and handed out a dozen or so more to people to take with them Also put some at the local sportshops.
Sent some in just last week.
We don't have a problem with wolves in this area yet but I've seen 2 and my cousin got a picture of one on trail camera.

They're even farther south than that. The ones I'm talking about were south of interstate 90-94.

check this out. It's a list of dogs killed or wounded in Wisconsin in 2010. It also has a link next to each incident that provides a map of where it happened.

Jimmy thanks for the report,if something isn't done with these wolves we are going to have more problems. This is just the being. Read this wolf report at weau.com The feds. also had to kill 5 wolves in price co. for harassing people.Pat
In case you didn't catch it in Coonhound Bloodlines, here's my column from the November issue:
http://www.ukcdogs.com/WebSite.nsf/...es/ComDogRtsNov
It's sad that nobody gives a crap about our hounds!! Some house dogs are getting killed now so people are starting to take notice, to bad it had to come to that.
Also, the majority of the population in the state lives in the southern 1/2 of the state so that "up north" problem doesn't concern them.
