Penn State is favored by 10, but the young Hawkeyes are looking to make a statement.

They fell out of the top 25 without a loss and three wins.

The hawks might not win, but you can bet penn states offense knew they were there. Their defense plays as hard as anyones in the country, now their offense that's a different story. Doubt it will be a shootout. Norm Parker doesn't get the recognition he deserves. 17-14 Penn State. Hope I'm wrong though.

I would be worried if I were an OSU fan. @ Penn State, and @Michigan. Don't look for them to just roll over and watch OSU Take the Big Ten. Now with that said, being a Boilermaker fan, It's a long road ahead......
