I have a nice redtick he was born 12/15/00 he was bred by Lloyd harris originaly named pine knob red buck sire was gch sharp woody dam is harris' lil red ruby. we bought him at 1@1/2 for a cold nosed bear dog but he didn't make the grade he would quite often drop out and run and tree a layup coon i would shock him for it and he would be good for awhile.my 10 year old son wanted to coon hunt so i let the dog have his head dispite my ignorence trying to impose my will on him i got him striking from the rig again and he is a top shelf meat and taters coon dog my son and his friends and i got alot of coon with him and now he has got my daughter hooked plus alot of other kids hooked on hunting. this summer we decided to put him in afew night hunts because i wanted to breed him he won 2 1st place then i got talked into benching him at the english sectional he won best of breed / best registered / best overall english male king of show/I bred him this fall to a oney bred female the pups were raised by my wife and kids and i they were chasing hide at about 5 weeks and treeing hide by 8weeks two were sold in BC for cat one sold local to an avid cat hunter and she made quite afew runs this season and was in on afew kills born 9/11/07 he is real pleased. "someone told me once you need to listen dogs" if only it did take me so long . Anyways what i am asking for does Buck have any siblings or was his cross ever made again and what are their abilitys and who owns them any related information.if so thank you in advance

Call UKC. There is a form to fill out that costs $25, and it will give you all registered pups along with their last known registered owners address from the sire of your dog. Enjoyed hearing about your family being involved with the dogs. Good luck. - Bob

thanks again for all your help and comments i have some video i saw you could do that on photo bucket also but it is getting late and thats probally going to take some time but with luck coming soon to a thread near you LOL.

Call PKC and get Mike Sheppards phone number. He owned Woody and kept up with his litters. I owned a few out of Woody and they sure made nice ones!! Hadnt talked to Mike for years and out of the blue he called me last week. Woodt died just resently and you could sure tell Mike misses him. Good luck on your info search.......... Chris Sutton

I have hunted with Woody(your dog's sire) and he is a super nice hound. I don't think Mike Shepard hunts much anymore, but give him a call I am sure he would love to hear from you.

i have a female out of the same cross she is 6 now like here alot very accur. dogs this is a pic of here this past summer well i take that back the dam on my female is clearwater kate the sire is sharps woody thoe
