Bad little puppy.. Oklahoma Ozzy

This is Okiesawyers' Oklahoma Ozzy... 7-1/2 months old. He's been tracking and treeing since turning 6-months. I have singled him out on his own, after he split treed a week ago...

That pup looks like a good one. Bet you'll be having a blast. Look at that energy on the tree! In the second picture he is like a tight coiled spring...ready to explode. Love that look on a tree. Looks loud too.

David Is right that is Pukes coon{Blue dog}... Ozzy had split 100 foot from this coon in a huge tree, we could'nt find Ozzy's coon.. David, I was'nt trying to take any credit away from Puke... I was just making a joke out of the Pic.

Thanks for all the kind words..When I bought this dog, my wife said it was the ugliest dog and smallest little thing she had ever saw.. With very little doubt that he will make even a good house dog... I showed him 2-3 caged coons, we knocked down 2-3 coons the old dogs treed and he went nuts, and has hated coons from then on... He's at this time primarily chop mouth, But last night I noticed he's starting too throw a lot of squall mouth in on track..He has been the most enjoyable dog to hunt, that I have ever hunted with..

My old dog is healing quite well. Took the stitches out today and he should be good to go in a couple weeks.

I sure hope we get some of that rain tonight.

I better keep him for now.. LOL I turned down that female pup of Queens, That David had... I just can't take on any more dogs, I'll probably regret it in the long run.. It looks like Thurs. night will be light winds and clear, I'm taking Ozzy out by his self, to try and find a hot track. Do you have a nice easy creek with lots of coons we can turn him in on ?

I hate to hear Ozzys daddy passed on this morning !!! All I can say is he sure made a dandy here with this pup... Ozzy took best of show this past weekend with competion. That puts him to 70 points on the bench in 3-shows. He should make show champion by 9-months old. Brent I put one in a den and one on the outside with Ozzy a couple of weeks ago by his self.. I think I'll take him out tonight by his self, see if he can do it again... Tell Ed sorry for the loss of Hemi....

LOL !!! That is what happened to him on his first coon fight. He jumped in the water doing that same trick like in the pic. and almost got his little butt drowned. I thought he would have learned his lesson. But appariently not huh...
