Spayed female
When a female is spayed does UKC mark her papers “spayed” if they are sent in?

Only way they would know is if you tell them. Why would they care?

This is the answer to my question, thank you Keleigh, from UKC
there is not an indication on the paperwork itself. Once it is reported with UKC the dog is spayed/neutered, there is a marking placed within our system under the dog's registration information. This way if someone were to attempt to claim a litter on a dog that's been spayed/neutered, it's automatically flagged and we'll contact the dog's owner to ensure that information we have is correct.
