Since Laura DeMerell, hasn't had a post since 2014.
And Russell Smith, is banned is the registration dept. closed for business? If so will it be open for business in the future?

The registration department is open and available to be reached via email, phone, online chat, and forums. We are still closed to the public to have folks walk in and drop off registrations, but we have a drop-box where registrations can be dropped off for processing that is checked every day.
