Pup papers?

I sent my pup registration papers in February 7th and still have not got them. It’s been years since I registered a hound and it never has taken this long in the past should I be concerned???

Ukc is extremely slow for some reason. I am in the same boat
as are some friends. We are concerned being we can not contact a staff member. Its ridiculous
