I have a TT15 I tried to update, the comp. wont reckonize it. collar works charges does everything but can't update. Appreciate any help. I have another collar that I did update so I know its not the comp. Thanks

I had the same problem and Bruce advised me to take a piece of steel wool and brighten the charging part of the collar. It fixed mine
