I have a handheld but no collars. I cannot find what your looking for on the handheld. Perhaps with a collar attached and on. It would be in the menu for that dogs information.

You may go to main menu, go to advanced, settings, then go to system, and make sure gps says normal and the battery type is what you are using. Then go back to dog list, and click on click collar you are using and click on show info, then go to bottom to reset and click. Hopefully this will help.
