I made the cross that produced the freckles female. I made it cause I hunted with or owned a lot of the dogs in her three generation pedigree and all of them were coondogs and reproducers. I had a litter mate male to her and he was doing great and died before he was two year old. I would advise anyone to get one of these pups!
