At selling time a PD up SS pup that is started good will bring a ton more than a performance pd pup but that is more a clientele and difference in the 2. Plus no one wants to pay the extra fees SS to pay up a young dog that could be as much as $410, they all expect it done. From an average hunter unless your planning on selling good started young dogs or you happen to hit the hunts get in final 4's of SS, truck hunt ect, the performance will make the owner more money in the lifetime of the dog.
My recommendation pay up both programs if you keep it one will give you the possibility of earnings for a lifetime, if you sell a nice young hound the other will make it worth double or more.
