Blurry Birdseye?

I recently acquired a used garmin alpha and I think it's a great product but for some reason my Birdseye view is blurry if you zoom in on a dog much at all. Can anyone tell me how to resolve this? Is it a setting? Need a newer card? Thanks in advance.

There are three settings to download Birdseye, medium def, high def and super high def. Each higher level takes longer to load. The highest def takes literally hours on my computer, the lowest def takes minutes. I'm sure by your description, your card was loaded with the lowest def.
