Garmin Help

I was hunting last night, and my TT15 collar quit working. It was working for a while last night then it wouldn’t connect with my Garmin alpha (all my other collars worked. I’ve updated it, deleted it out of my system and try to connect it again, and I’ve put it on the charge and try to rest it. I thing has worked, so my question is there anything else I can do or do I need to send it in to DU or Conkeys

I would send it straight to Garmin. 1-800-800-1020

To answer you question on repairs you need to see the sequence of the light flashing. When you turn it on it single flashes once the gps pick up satellites it triple flashes. Turn it on and if it only single flashes something is wrong with the gps antenna or in most cases the wire imbedded in the rubber strap running from collar housing to gps antenna. Generally right by the housing you will see it cracked.
