Looking for dog merry go round or ideas

Anybody use have one of these for sale have the ideas or plans on how to build one? Did not know where else to post this, I will delete if not allowed I apologize

The one a friend of mine has looks just like a automatic horse walker but lower to the ground. You can google automatic horse walker plans and build your own just lower to the ground than for a horse.
