Bruce Conkey please help

Two issues I have one t5 collar won't pick up over 50 yards already swapped the antenna and cleaned the contacts the other issue have a alpha handheld keeps zooming out 200 miles just updated collar and handheld 1 month ago and this stuff started 2 weeks ago.

Well the zooming out is an easy one. On the handheld from the map page and go to menu. Then dog setup and turn off auto zoom. Then do the same thing with the map setup and turn off the auto zoom.

The collar is another issue. When you updated it did you use a MAC computer or a windows one. If you used anything other than a windows computer and web updater then update the collar again.

Thank you so much Bruce I got the handheld fixed the collar issue I don't know yet I used a windows pc and web updater so tonight I reinstalled the update we will what that does again thanks so much
