TT15 Question For Bruce

I have 2 TT 15 collars that won't power on. I used the battery from a collar that works and they still won't turn on. When I used the batteries from the collars that would not power on with the collar that works it powers up and works fine. The collars accept updates, have been updated to the latest software, and factory reset. Any more ideas? Really trying to avoid sending them in and paying for refurbs if I can. Thanks!

The only thing I can suggest is holding in the off/on button for like a minute and see if that does anything.
