TT15 Charging

When i put the clip on my TT15 to charge instead of beeping and the light glowing red like it normally does. The collar beeps and turns on and starts flashing green. Just like what it does when it is turning on. I turned my alpha on and it starts tracking the collar so I know it is actually turning on. I dont think it is charging when it does this. Anybody have this problem?

You will see one of those contacts on the collar discolored clean it with a peice of steel wool it should reset it self when you put the charger on it if not just push the button and turn it off should be ok then.
